About This Course
This course will cover the Statistical Volume Balance (SVB) leak detection model in depth, including details about its mechanics and examples of diagnosing SVB alarms.
Material will build on concepts introduced in earlier courses and provide a deeper dive into understanding the model and investigating alarms. Users will get further instruction on the mechanics of the models to understand better what triggers an alarm, how alarms reset, etc.
Audience
This course is designed for users that will be involved with viewing and diagnosing alarms in the LDS.
PreRequisites
This assumes basic knowledge of the Flowstate LDS and PipeIntel. It is recommended that participants first complete FS102 - Basic Training for the LDS and FS103 - Basic Training for PipeIntel to obtain this foundation.
Users will need LDS accounts to access their specific installation of the LDS and PipeIntel, but it is not necessary to access either to take the course.

Angie wears many hats at Flowstate. She is the Chief Operating Officer, but she also serves as product manager and head of the Implementation Team. In this capacity, she has contributed much of the Flowstate learning content and has conducted several in-person trainings.
